• 6 sessions covering topics including: nutrition, coping with stress, finding childcare, development and milestones, car seat safety, safe sleep and head start.

The goal of MomZone is to create a safe and supportive environment for participants to connect, learn and grow. Topics discussed during MomZone include: accessing affordable childcare, infant development, nutrition, bonding with your child and stress management. Participants will have the opportunity to learn new information, gain knowledge about community resources and connect with other young mothers.
Additionally, participants are offered baby items such as: strollers, car seats, diapers, wipes, toys, books and clothing to take home at the end of each session. MomZone plays an important role in the Ozone House community as it offers support and services to the growing number of young mothers involved with us.
