Our Partners
Ozone House maintains partnerships with community agencies to ensure that we provide a continuum of support to young people in need. These partnerships also allow Ozone House to collaborate with other community agencies to improve the efficacy of our care and response to the needs of vulnerable youth in our community.


We are partnered with United Way of Southeastern Michigan.
Housing & Shelter
- Avalon Housing Provides enhanced property management for a 7-unit apartment building in Ann Arbor that houses SOLO , our permanent supportive housing program for homeless youth and their children.
- Ann Arbor Housing Commission Manages several properties that house youth; Ozone House provides the intensive supportive services to help youth stay housed, and AAHC provides safe, secure housing.
Health & Nutrition
- Food Gatherers Provides food and supplies to all three of our sites, and operates an innovative food service job training and placement program for homeless youth at the Community Kitchen.
Corner Health
Among many other collaborations around Youth Leadership in Ypsilanti, a Nurse Practitioner from the Corner provides health care for Ozone House clients on site at Ozone House. In addition, Ozone House and the Corner collaborate to offer the Engagement Program.
Education
WISD – Washtenaw Intermediate School District
The Education Project (sometimes known as the Education Project for Homeless Youth, or EPHY), a joint venture of Ozone House the Washtenaw Intermediate School District, works to ensure students in homelessness and temporary living situations enroll, regularly attend and succeed in school.
Grizzly Center at Ypsilanti Community Schools
The Grizzly Community Center is a place for high school students to come and resolve their problems or differences, talking with volunteers trained in restorative practices. Ozone House provides a staff member at the Grizzly Center at YCS High one day a week, or more as needed.

- EMU College of Business Eastern Michigan University's College of Business (COB) offers an innovative, cutting-edge curriculum that equips today's students for tomorrow's global business environment.

- ZingTrain ZingTrain trains all of our WorkZone participants on the Art of Excellent Customer Service. They have been our official trainers since June 2014.

Arts and Rec
- Ypsilanti District Library YDL hosts WorkZone interns and collaborates with us to provide arts programming to youth in Ypsilanti. YDL is also our partner for Noise Permit, our annual youth concert event.
- Fly Children’s Art Center FLY hosts WorkZone interns and collaborate with us to provide arts programming to youth in Ypsilanti.
