Whether you are a youth searching for help or a donor making a contribution, we take appropriate measures to ensure that none of your personal information is ever shared, sold or compromised. In this policy, “personal information” means any information by which you can be identified or contacted, such as your name (first and last), address (city, state, zip), email address, or telephone numbers.

Analytics: Ozone House uses Google Analytics to improve our website services in the future. No personal information is used or stored for these purposes.

Newsletter: We do collect personal information when you sign up for our newsletter. Information collected includes your full name and email address. This information is solely used to communicate directly with you. We do not share or sell this information to any other organization. You may opt out of these emails at any time.

Volunteer Form: Ozone House collects personal information from you when you register or apply to volunteer for our organization. This information is solely used to communicate with you regarding volunteer opportunities. Personal information collected includes your full name and contact information such as a phone number or email address. Other questions asked regarding your age and criminal background are essential in maintaining safety in our facilities. None of this information is stored on our website, nor analyzed for any purpose other than criminal background checks.

Request a Speaker Form: If you request a speaker to attend an event that you are planning, a Request a Speaker form is provided. We collect personal information only to communicate with you about this particular event. Personal information collected includes your full name and contact information, such as a phone number or email address.

Links To Third-Party Sites: We use a third party service called Greater Giving to process all donations. They are PCI security compliant. For information about their privacy policy, click here. Greater Giving shares your donation information with Ozone House. We receive your name and contact information, credit card type, last four digits of your credit card, and your card expiration date. We do not share or sell this information. We store your personal information as well as your donation amount in our donor database, Giftworks. We use Frontstream Giftworks to manage our donor information. Access to that information is restricted to necessary staff only. Please see Frontstream’s Privacy Policy for information about the security of your donation data. . We do not share or sell our donor’s information to any other organization.
